These terms govern your use of nuevaluxe.com and your purchase of services from Nueva Luxe LLC ("Nueva Luxe," "we," "us"), a California limited liability company based in Long Beach, California. By using this site or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Nueva Luxe provides the Discoverability Audit: a fixed-price, fixed-scope diagnostic of how findable, understandable, and trustworthy your business is across search engines, AI answer tools, and your own web presence. The audit includes a scored report, prioritized recommendations, and a recorded video walkthrough, delivered asynchronously.

The audit is an assessment and recommendation service. It does not include implementation of the recommended changes unless separately agreed in writing.

2. Ordering and intake

Your audit begins when two things are complete: payment and your intake questionnaire. Delivery timelines are measured from the completed intake, not the purchase date. You agree to provide accurate information in the intake and confirm that you own or are authorized to represent the business being audited.

3. Delivery

We deliver your completed audit within ten (10) business days of receiving your completed intake questionnaire, unless we tell you otherwise in writing before you purchase. Delivery is fully asynchronous — no meetings are required. After delivery, you may reply with questions about your report and we will answer them; ongoing consulting, implementation help, or new analysis beyond the delivered report is not included.

4. Audit methods

Our evaluation reviews your business's public web presence and may include standard assessment techniques such as running search and AI queries about your business and submitting a test inquiry through your website's public contact channels to measure response experience. By purchasing, you consent to these methods. We conduct them respectfully and without disrupting your operations (for example, we do not book appointments or occupy real service slots).

5. Pricing, payment, and refunds

Prices are stated at the time of purchase and are payable in full before work begins. We do not offer payment plans or discounts.

The Insight Guarantee: if your completed audit does not show you something meaningful about your business's visibility that you did not already know, tell us within fourteen (14) days of delivery and we will refund your payment in full. This is the sole refund offered; because the audit is custom diagnostic work, purchases are otherwise non-refundable once work has begun.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

Our recommendations are based on evidence collected at the time of your audit and our professional judgment. Search engines, AI tools, directories, and platforms change constantly and are outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, score improvement, traffic level, AI answer placement, or business result. Implementation of recommendations, and the results of implementation, are your responsibility.

7. Not professional advice

Our services are business and marketing assessments. Nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax, medical, or other licensed professional advice. Consult the appropriate professional for those matters.

8. Intellectual property

Your report is yours to use. Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual license to use your audit report, walkthrough video, and accompanying materials for your business's internal purposes.

Our methodology stays ours. The Nueva Luxe audit framework, scoring system, check definitions, templates, playbooks, and processes remain the exclusive property of Nueva Luxe LLC. You may not resell, republish, or use them to provide services to others.

We will not use your name, logo, or identifiable audit results in our marketing, case studies, or testimonials without your permission.

9. Confidentiality

Information you share with us through intake or during the engagement is used only to deliver your audit and is not shared with third parties except the service providers described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Website use

You may not use this website to violate any law, infringe others' rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape or republish our content or methodology. Site content is provided "as is" for general information.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nueva Luxe LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business opportunities.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, both parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by email.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted at this page with its effective date. Changes apply prospectively — the terms in effect when you purchased govern that purchase.
