Privacy Policy

Nueva Luxe LLC Last updated: September 22, 2026

Nueva Luxe LLC ("Nueva Luxe," "we," "us") is a discoverability systems company based in Long Beach, California. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit nuevaluxe.com or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us.

  • Contact details — your name and email address when you email us or fill out a form.
  • Client intake information — if you purchase a Discoverability Audit, we collect the information you provide in our intake questionnaire, such as your business details, website, goals, and how customers find you.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or payment credentials; Stripe handles those under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which collects standard analytics data (such as pages visited, browser type, approximate location, and referring site) using cookies and similar technologies. We use this to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Publicly available business information. Our audit service evaluates how businesses appear across the public web. In the course of an audit, we review publicly available information about the client's business — such as its website, business listings, reviews, social profiles, and how search engines and AI tools describe it. This research concerns business information, not personal consumer data.

How we use information

  • To deliver services you purchase, including preparing and delivering your audit
  • To respond to inquiries and provide client support
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers we use

We use a small number of tools to run our business. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments:

  • Squarespace — website hosting and site analytics
  • Notion — client intake forms and audit delivery pages
  • Google Workspace / Google Drive — email and file storage
  • Loom — recorded video walkthroughs delivered to clients
  • Stripe — payment processing

During audits, we also query third-party search engines and AI tools (such as Google, ChatGPT, and Perplexity) about your business's public presence. We submit only business-level information (such as your business name and location) — never your private account or payment details.

Data retention

We keep client records, audit materials, and correspondence for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see below), and we will honor it except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.

Your choices and rights

  • Access, correction, deletion: email us and we will tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
  • California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these, contact us at the email below.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
